Oikos Group is seeking a Freelance Remote Recruiter to support its expansion by conducting active sourcing and pre-selection interviews for independent sales representative positions.

In Short

Conduct active sourcing to identify suitable candidates.
Lead pre-selection interviews with potential applicants.
Evaluate and shortlist candidates for the Oikos Group.
Maintain candidate records in the ATS (Softgarden).
Collaborate with the HV Recruiting Team on employer branding and project work.

Requirements

Experience in active sourcing and conducting pre-selection interviews.
Excellent communication skills in German, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and remotely with strong motivation.
Knowledge of modern recruitment tools and platforms.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
