Growth Engineer (Freelance / Part-time) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for someone who loves bridging the gap between marketing creativity and technical execution.

In Short

• Be the go-to person to unblock our marketing team.
• Lead our migration from Mailchimp to Klaviyo.
• Set up multichannel customer journeys across email, WhatsApp, and our app.
• Help prototype and test new marketing ideas quickly.
• Own the tech side of our ecommerce setup.
• Ensure our site is fast, trackable, and ready for marketing.
• Oversee automated customer journeys and data integration.
• Collaborate with the Data Engineer to connect marketing and sales data.
• Define clear metrics and dashboards for marketing performance.
• Bring fresh ideas for improving reach, conversion, and retention.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in technical marketing or growth engineering.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like Klaviyo.
• Strong understanding of tracking and attribution.
• Experience with ecommerce tools like Shopify and analytics platforms.
• Comfortable writing small scripts or building UI prototypes.
• Creative, curious, and comfortable experimenting with new tools.
