Junior Finance Accountant - Remote

Overview

As a Junior Finance Accountant at Odin Mortgage & Tax, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our financial operations.

In Short

• Performing full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll data entry, and general ledger maintenance.
• Assisting with payroll and compensation processing.
• Collaborating with the Finance Manager to document processes and improve workflows.
• Preparing schedules and documentation to support external audits.
• Processing vendor setups, managing payment runs, and resolving vendor inquiries.
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial management accounts.
• Performing reconciliations, preparing journal entries, and supporting month-end close workflows.
• Generating management reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
