We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans' daily lives.

In Short

• Work with other engineers to build interfaces that match designs.
• Develop data-consuming and creating backend systems.
• Drive the direction and format of data endpoints.
• Communicate architecture choices to team members.
• Must have 3+ years experience with Rails and front-end JS frameworks (preferably React).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and AWS services.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to attain low-level security clearance.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience working with a Rails backend.
• 3+ years experience with a front end JS framework (preferable React).
• A solid understanding of API design.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, AWS Parameter Store, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate direction from leadership into actionable steps.
