Mental Health Therapist (Contract) - Remote

Overview

Octave is hiring Licensed Clinicians to work within an organizational structure to provide high quality behavioral health care to our clients. Clinicians will join a diverse clinical team in providing therapy in a collaborative, client-centered environment.

In Short

• Provide high-quality behavioral health care to clients.
• Work both in-person and remotely from a personal or commercial office space.
• Treat adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.
• Utilize short-term, evidence-based therapies like CBT and DBT.
• Build and maintain strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Deliver feedback-informed care using standardized measures.
• Collaborate with a diverse clinical team.
• Required to have a current license in North Carolina.
• Must have at least 1 year of related post-license clinical experience.
• Office space is required to provide in-person services.

Requirements

• LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD required.
• Current license and located in North Carolina.
• Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school.
• At least 2 years of experience preferred in CBT, DBT, or trauma-focused therapies.
• Must be licensed and in good standing with the governing licensing board.
• Experience with Cigna & Aetna clients preferred.
• Willingness to provide in-person services.
