• Adhere to a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days work from home.
• Self-manage your own assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Conduct outbound and inbound collection calls.
• Maintain delinquency and mitigate losses.
• Investigate and resolve complex loan servicing issues.
• Comply with all federal and state regulations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required; two years of collections experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Able to master web-based systems (LoanPro).
• Energetic, flexible, and empathetic with a positive attitude.
• Strong customer service attitude and excellent people skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
