  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
  • Proficient in creating presentations and policy materials.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools for research and drafting.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Experience with public speaking and training facilitation preferred.
