As an AI Agent Experience Designer, you will design, co-build, and optimize human - AI collaboration patterns, ensuring effective interaction between AI agents and customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years in designing conversational systems or human - AI interactions.
• Expertise in conversational AI and usability design.
• Strong grounding in Human Computer Interaction principles.
• Skilled in communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to write effective LLM prompts.
• Familiarity with APIs and technical constraints.
• Comfort with analytics tools for conversation optimization.
• Preferred background in HCI, Cognitive Science, Business, or CS.
