Part-Time Financial Accountant (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

The Financial Accountant will support the Finance Team with ongoing business processes, contributing to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS, and assisting in various financial tasks.

• Support the Finance Team with ongoing business processes.

• Assist in the review, processing, and posting of international incoming/outgoing invoices.
• Participate in financial and liquidity planning.
• Reconcile accounts, creditors, and debtors.
• Prepare intercompany invoices and reconciliations.
• Monitor daily bank account transactions.

Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in finance, controlling, or accounting.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in financial accounting and/or controlling.
• Proficient in ERP systems (ideally Dynamics NAV) and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to identify optimization potentials and contribute ideas.
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and assertiveness.
• Fluent in German and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
