Overview

PEAK Grantmaking is seeking an experienced, strategic, and values-driven executive leader to serve as the organization’s next President & CEO. This individual will lead the organization in advancing equitable, effective grantmaking practices.

In Short

Lead the development and execution of PEAK’s strategic vision.
Ensure long-term financial health through disciplined financial management.
Foster a human-centered culture of trust and collaboration.
Deliver high-quality programs and learning opportunities for members.
Act as a thought leader in the field of philanthropy.
Partner effectively with the Board of Directors for governance.
Strengthen organizational resilience and capacity.
Engage deeply with stakeholders to understand organizational history and culture.
Champion equity and inclusion in all operations.
Monitor trends in philanthropy and nonprofit operations.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector.
Demonstrated ability to lead with an equity-centered approach.
Proven experience in financial management and oversight.
Strong communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
Adept in cultivating relationships and facilitating dialogue.
Experience managing in a remote work environment.
Knowledge of nonprofit finance and budgeting.
Experience in member-based organizations.
Ability to inspire and represent the organization’s mission.
Deep understanding of the philanthropic landscape.
