Overview

Nextiva is seeking an experienced Product Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead the vision and execution of our AI Agents Platform within the Data & Intelligence Platform group. This role is central to integrating AI and automation into our unified communications platform, enhancing customer interactions with innovative, human-centered technology.

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy for AI Agents Platform.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Translate product vision into user personas and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI Engineers and UX designers.
• Lead agile development cycles and prioritize product backlog.
• Define success metrics and oversee feature validation.
• Drive go-to-market strategy and product launches.

• Communicate product vision and results across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
• 5+ years in product management for SaaS/software, ideally with AI/ML products.
• Familiarity with customer experience and unified communications.
• Strong grasp of AI concepts like NLP and speech recognition.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of SaaS metrics and ROI analysis.
