Overview

The Business Support Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) of Sales at Nexthink, ensuring efficient operations of the regional sales teams.

In Short

  • Manage calendars and schedules for CRO and RVPs.
  • Coordinate sales initiatives and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and track follow-up actions.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage expenses and budget reporting for sales teams.
  • Educate sales teams on corporate policies and best practices.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate sales forecasts using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with marketing and HR on sales campaigns.

Requirements

  • Degree-level education or relevant experience in administrative or sales support.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in sales-driven environments.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
