Senior UX/UI Designer - Remote

Overview

The Senior UX/UI Designer plays a key role in designing our digital products, collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our websites and apps.

• Collaboration with UX researchers to design interviews, surveys, and usability tests.

Requirements

• Experience in UX and UI design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficient with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer).
• Conceptualization of information architecture and user flows.
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Experience in developing and maintaining complex design systems.
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
• Design and implementation of micro animations and motion design.
• Usability testing and user-centered design methods.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of technical feasibility and development processes.
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and inclusive design.
• Data-driven design (analyzing user behavior, A/B testing).
