T3 Remote Networking Engineer

Overview

This position provides the third level of network support to clients by handling service requests that have been escalated by lower tiers. Support will be provided remotely over the phone or via email.

Requirements

• 4 or more years of recent networking experience.
• One or more Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE).
• Resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems effectively.
• Knowledge of current Cisco and Microsoft Networking Systems.
• Knowledge of phone and VoIP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of system hardware and network troubleshooting.
• Professional customer service skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7x365 support environment.
