Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A or related fields.
• Proven ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
• Experience owning forecasting and budgeting cycles.
• Background in accounting (US GAAP preferred).
• Strong business partnering experience with senior leadership.
• Clear communication skills to distill data into actionable recommendations.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment.
• A low-ego, high-ownership mentality.
