New Moon Production is a remote working Hamburg based studio, bringing new and exciting games to the market. As a Senior User Acquisition Manager, you will play an important role in planning, executing, and optimizing mobile ad campaigns to acquire high-value users.

• Work closely with the UA team to build a world-class user acquisition department.
• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across key platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor key metrics to assess and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad content.
• Set budgets and forecast performance for campaigns.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and share actionable insights.
• Manage relationships with advertising platforms and media agencies.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven track record in user acquisition and performance marketing.
• Experience in the gaming/entertainment industry.
• Bachelor's degree or MBA in marketing or related field.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of marketing attribution.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Excel.
• Experience in bringing new mobile games to market preferred.
• Outstanding leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
