• Manage creative assignments using Asana from project initiation to completion.
• Remove operational barriers for efficient workflow.
• Facilitate communication among internal and external teams.
• Delegate tasks based on team capabilities and project needs.
• Monitor team bandwidth and workload distribution.
• Track project progress and update project trackers.
• Record meeting minutes and organize Slack channels.
• Oversee platform management for structured organization.
• Upload and organize client assets for easy access.

Requirements

• Experience in project management within a digital marketing agency.
• Proficiency in project management tools, especially Asana.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
