Overview

The Customer Service Representative at netclusive is responsible for providing first and second level customer support, handling order processing, and maintaining server systems.

In Short

  • Provide customer support via email, phone, and ticket system.
  • Handle order processing.
  • Install, configure, and maintain server systems (Linux, Windows).
  • Plan and configure information and telecommunications systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues systematically.
  • Manage and monitor server and network structures.
  • Advise new and existing customers on products.
  • Support internal and external projects.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable IT education.
  • Good knowledge of common Linux distributions (Debian, Ubuntu, RedHat, CentOS, SUSE).
  • Familiarity with Windows Server operating systems is desirable.
  • Knowledge of PHP and HTML.
  • Fluent German (C1 GER) required for daily communication.
  • Good English skills.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies is desirable.
  • Experience with web or server management interfaces (Confixx, Plesk, Parallels Virtual Automation, VMware) is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL is desirable.
