Senior UX/UI Designer - Remote

Overview

As a UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate closely with product management, engineering teams, and stakeholders to design user-centric solutions that address real-world challenges within vehicle telematics.

In Short

• Conduct comprehensive user research to understand the needs, pain points, and workflows of fleet managers, vehicle operators, and end-users.
• Develop detailed user journeys, user flows, and wireframes to communicate the interaction and design intent clearly.
• Create interactive prototypes (using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) to illustrate and validate user experiences and interface concepts.
• Design intuitive information architectures to ensure efficient navigation and seamless user interaction with complex data-driven platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to implement designs effectively and iterate based on user feedback and technical considerations.
• Contribute to design system creation, maintenance, and consistency across products.
• Participate in usability testing, synthesize findings, and leverage insights to refine design solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably with experience in complex data visualization or enterprise applications.
• Proven experience with user flows, prototyping, information architecture, and responsive design.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Solid understanding of usability best practices and user-centered design methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience or interest in telematics, transportation, or fleet management industries is a strong advantage.
