• Work with leadership and product teams to schedule and facilitate streamlined agile events such as Planning, Standups, Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews.
• Ensure agile events and ceremonies are organized, efficient, and productive, fostering collaboration.
• Gather insightful data and metrics around team commitments and execution.
• Collaborate across various teams to identify and remove impediments.
• Demonstrate understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Facilitate collaborative conversations across teams, particularly in AWS and Salesforce environments.
• Partner with engineering leaders and product management for scope clarity.
• Utilize strong communication skills to ensure alignment during agile events.
• Positively influence team members to achieve results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-8+ years’ related work experience.
• Track record of success as a Scrum Master in a collaborative environment.
• In-depth understanding of agile methodologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Scrum Master certification or PM certification preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and facilitation skills.
