Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Software Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in CRM systems.
• Experience delivering public sector or highly regulated CRM solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs and data sync strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English level required for working with US clients.
