Senior Product Designer - Remote

This is a contract remote position for those based in Brazil. At Nearform, we're passionate about building exceptional digital experiences for our clients. We're a global tech consultancy specializing in software solutions for enterprises, and we're looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our growing team.

In Short

• Work on challenging projects with engineers, product managers, and clients.
• Define and design innovative digital products.
• Shape user experience for major companies.
• Create design solutions based on user research and business requirements.
• Produce designs including storyboards, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Advocate for design solutions in the context of business and user goals.
• Collaborate with the design team to enhance design skills.
• 5+ years of design experience required.
• Fluency in design tools like Sketch and Figma.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience in interactive digital design and/or visual design.
• Experience designing user experiences for user-focused software & services.
• Experience designing consumer and/or enterprise applications.
• A well-thought-through portfolio demonstrating design thinking.
• Ability to create polished design prototypes and mockups.
• Fluency in best practices for interaction design and UI patterns.
• Familiarity with technical constraints impacting design.
• Expert knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Abstract.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams.
• Motion graphic skills are a plus.
