Overview

The Enterprise Product Consumer Data team is responsible for collection, standardization, and democratization of data across NBCUniversal to enable activation, monetization, and engagement in secure, privacy-centric ways.

In Short

  • Join the Enterprise Product Consumer Data team as a Product Specialist.
  • Focus on Applications and Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product roadmap initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of a knowledge base for product information.
  • Analyze data to derive insights and trends for informed decision-making.
  • Gather user feedback to identify areas for product improvement.
  • Document requirements for engineering tasks aligned with product goals.
  • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year of product experience in product management or development.
  • Basic understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) is a plus.
  • 1+ year of experience in communication, project management, and presentations.
  • Experience with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Airtable.
  • Knowledge of data warehouses such as Snowflake and BigQuery is a plus.
  • Experience in Film / Television, Media, Technology, or related fields.
