Overview

We're looking for a team-oriented Learning Delivery Manager to work within our world-class team. The Learning Delivery Manager manages the delivery of learning and capability programs for our clients.

In Short

• Lead on project organization and management, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Manage project budgets, track billing, and handle invoices.
• Build relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
• Communicate project status with clients and internal teams.
• Provide line management to junior team members.
• Find and address project risks to ensure successful delivery.

• Understand client therapeutic areas and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in project management within life sciences.
• Experience managing projects and organizing teams.
• Experience in line management.
• Strong client management skills.
• Excellent understanding of project tracking and budgeting.
• Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Travel may be required.
