• Handle reservations for cruises and hotels, including managing inquiries, making bookings, and confirming availability
• Assist clients through phone, email, and online platforms, answering questions, processing changes, and handling cancellations
• Provide knowledgeable advice on destinations, packages, and travel services to help clients make the best choices
• Collect payment information, process transactions, and issue booking confirmations, invoices, or receipts
• Stay updated on travel deals, promotions, and industry trends to offer clients top-notch recommendations
• This fully remote role allows you to work from the comfort of your home or any location with a reliable internet connection.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple bookings with precision
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must speak/read English fluently; bilingual skills are a plus!
