The Acquisition Program Analyst, SME (NC3 Enterprise Modernization) supports the Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition by providing specialized expertise for effective mission accomplishment and innovation.

In Short

• Support budget preparation and defense for the Air Force.
• Analyze planning, scheduling, and management data.
• Provide recommendations on acquisition strategies and program documentation.
• Research program trends and recommend solutions.
• Track compliance with program direction.
• Review and evaluate Air Force acquisition policies.
• Prepare Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution documentation.
• Support various Air Force review processes.
• Maintain historical weapon program documentation.

Requirements

• Active TS Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
• 10 years of DoD acquisitions experience.
• 5 years of experience with system-of-systems architectures.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level cybersecurity.
• Experience with nuclear systems is desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and public speaking.
