• Drive continuous improvement across the underwriting journey.
• Serve as a primary liaison between the underwriting engine carrier and third-party vendors.
• Participate in business requirements development for underwriting processes.
• Monitor rules engine performance for efficiency and decision rates.
• Review vendor performance and recommend enhancements.
• Manage monthly underwriting rulebook releases.
• Support testing efforts and validation of system releases.
• Lead pilot efforts for emerging technologies.
• Analyze underwriting results with corporate leadership.
• Identify risks and dependencies ahead of product launches.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Underwriting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong background in underwriting systems and automation.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
