Overview

The Revenue Cycle Claims Client Billing Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing of all services, identifying and resolving billing cases, and analyzing billing trends to improve revenue cycle performance. This role requires collaboration with internal departments and cross-functional teams to enhance billing workflows and processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in medical billing or accounts receivable.
• Experience with Oracle and/or Salesforce preferred.
• Healthcare-related education or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
• Strong customer focus and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
