Clinical Data Entry Operator - Remote

Overview

Natera is currently seeking a Clinical Data Entry Operator I to join the operations team. This position completes data entry according to standard operating procedures (SOP) with high efficiency and accuracy.

In Short

• Perform data entry for a specific product and case type with high accuracy and efficiency.
• QC information provided in laboratory information system (LIMS).
• Accurately enter patient data into the Laboratory Inventory Management System (LIMS).
• Ensure that the information in LIMS is up-to-date.
• Communicate electronically with various internal departments.
• Protect patient health information (PHI) at all times.
• Maintain familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Flexible in work time and shift.
• Complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy.
• Must maintain current status on Natera training requirements.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree (preferred), High School diploma required.
• Previous computer experience is required.
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm with high accuracy.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform duties with a high degree of accuracy.
• Organization skills with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
• Flexibility to work overtime.
• Experience with LIMS preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
• Previous data entry experience preferred.
