Zscaler Engineer - Remote

Overview

NARIK CONSULTING, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zscaler Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our Zscaler cloud security platform.

In Short

• Design and implement Zscaler cloud security solutions for clients.
• Configure and maintain Zscaler policies, rules, and filters.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Zscaler platform.
• Monitor and analyze Zscaler traffic and provide optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment and integration.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Zscaler configurations.
• Stay updated on the latest Zscaler features and updates.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Zscaler cloud security platform.
• Strong understanding of network security concepts and protocols.
• Experience with configuring and managing Zscaler policies.
• Knowledge of Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud security platforms like Palo Alto Networks.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Zscaler certifications (ZCCA, ZCCP, etc.) are a plus.
