Product Designer - Remote

Overview

Nametag is seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our rapidly expanding team. This is a high impact role where you will be leading the entire design process across our secure identity verification and account protection platform. In this role you will create excellent UX flows, apply visual design systems, prototype using a variety of tools and methods, create production-ready designs, and conduct usability testing and support implementation.

In Short

• Design user interactions across mobile app, web developer console, and marketing website.
• Create visual imagery, graphics, and other assets for user touch points.
• Proactively suggest improvements to design and user experience.
• Create high-quality design guides, wireframes, and mock-ups.
• Focus on product and user experience as much as visual design.
• Turn high-level ideas into tangible designs.
• Refine designs based on user feedback and run design experiments.
• Use subtle animations to guide the user.
• Manage relationships with external firms/agencies.
• Act as your own project manager and communicate progress.

Requirements

• Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other design tools.
• Ability to write HTML and CSS.
• Proactive in refining designs based on feedback.
• Experience in managing external relationships.
• Ability to work productively in a remote team.
