Overview

The Public Entity Litigation Division of the Nachawati Law Group (“NLG”) is looking for our next antitrust and consumer protection litigator. If you’re interested in representing governmental plaintiffs in headline-grabbing cases, handling complex and cutting-edge antitrust litigation, and helping our clients fight corporate malfeasance and fraud nationwide, then we want to talk to you.

• Litigation against major social media platforms.
• Litigation against opioid drug manufacturers.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• At least 3 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Admitted to practice law in at least one State.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• An inquisitive attitude towards complex legal issues.
