Artificial Intelligence Developer – AI Agents and Multi-Agents - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Developer to join our innovation team at MySide. The professional will be responsible for developing complex solutions, such as an Intelligent Virtual Assistant for WhatsApp, capable of interpreting customer needs, analyzing our database, and suggesting properties that perfectly match the client's profile and payment capacity.

In Short

• Plan and implement AI-based products using leading market models.
• Design multi-agent systems for complex interaction and decision-making flows.
• Fine-tune models based on our database.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to align solutions with company and client needs.
• Monitor system performance and make continuous adjustments for improvement.

Requirements

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Models:
• Proficiency in frameworks and libraries like OpenAI API, Crew AI, Hugging Face, or similar.
• Deep knowledge of natural language models (LLMs) such as GPT, Gemini, Llama, among others.
• Experience in machine learning and deep learning algorithms, including convolutional, recurrent, and transformer neural networks.
• Knowledge in Multi-Agents:
• Experience in developing multi-agent systems and distributed architectures for complex decision-making.
• Ability to create intelligent and scalable interaction flows between agents.
• Data Analysis:
• Experience in manipulating and analyzing large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Knowledge of ETL tools and relational and vector databases.
• Integrations:
• Experience with WhatsApp APIs (e.g., WhatsApp Business API).
• Integration of AI models with communication and CRM platforms.
• General Skills:
• Advanced programming in Python.
• Knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL architectures.
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
