In Short

• Assist candidates with visa applications for working in Germany.
• Consult candidates on the requirements and processes for work visa applications.
• Collaborate with authorities and employers to ensure all documents are correct.
• Support the preparation and translation of required documents for visa applications.
• Assist with relocation, including health insurance registration and airport pickup.
• Help candidates find housing.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or student in International Management, Human Resources, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in visa and recognition processes, ideally in healthcare or with international professionals.
• Solid knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding work visas.
• Very good German language skills, knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Organizational talent, high self-motivation, and ability to stay calm under stress.
• Empathy and a solution-oriented approach when working with international professionals.
