Overview

The Production Associate I is responsible for packing products efficiently and safely while ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

In Short

• Work the 3rd shift from 11pm to 7:30am.
• Pack products quickly and safely according to quality standards.
• Collaborate with various teams and departments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Monitor and report the quality of manufactured products.
• Perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Participate in overtime as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems effectively.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
• Reliable and committed to quality work.
• Good initiative and urgency to resolve tasks.
• Ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of product quality requirements.
