Freelance Mobile Engineer (iOS-focused) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a freelance Mobile Engineer to join a fast-moving B2B SaaS MVP build, focused on helping professionals grow their digital presence through data insights and content recommendations.

In Short

• Take ownership of the iOS app implementation from scratch.
• Collaborate with the backend/AI engineer to integrate APIs.
• Evaluate technical trade-offs for future extensibility.
• Build clean, maintainable, scalable code.
• Support regular demo builds and client handovers.
• Work with a flexible tech stack, preferably Swift.
• Participate in a cross-functional team of product, design, and AI/backend.
• Engage in daily syncs in a remote-first setup.
• Full-time preferred for ~12 weeks, starting immediately.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and shipping iOS apps.
• Comfort working in cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of API integration and state management.
• Bonus: Experience with React Native or similar tools.
• Bonus: Understanding of data or AI-driven products.
