In Short

  • Provide timely and empathetic support to customers through chats, emails, and Telegram.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex problems.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base.
  • Contribute to the development of support processes and guidelines.
  • Share insights and feedback to improve the product and service.

Requirements

  • 0-1 year of experience in a Customer support role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Russian.
  • Flexible in working hours, able to work in daily, evening, and weekend shifts.
  • Strong empathy skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Nice to have knowledge about Python and Selenium for automation.
