Insurance Agent - Automotive Industry - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an Insurance Agent to assist in processing and escalating insurance claims for an emerging automotive company.

In Short

• Collect information from workshops and customers.
• Evaluate insurance claims and verify the accuracy of damage details.
• Manage and review invoices and authorize corresponding payments.
• Investigate the circumstances of claims and gather evidence.
• Communicate with insurance companies and negotiate with workshops.
• Document all processes thoroughly.
• Continuous education on industry regulations and best practices.
• 40 hours per week.
• Permanent contract.
• Location: Berlin, Cologne, or Munich.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in automotive insurance.
• Experience in managing workshop insurances or repair cases.
• Good understanding of MOD, MTPL, and insurance claim processes.
• Experience with automotive damages and insurance escalations.
• Conflict management and proven success in negotiations.
• Fluent in German (C2 level) and English.
• Class B driver's license.
