Data Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly talented and motivated Data Engineer to join the R&D team, responsible for developing the company’s animals Data platform, which plays a major part in the company vision.

In Short

• Develop the company’s animals Data platform.
• Design, develop, and optimize data platforms.
• Build scalable and robust data systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders and data scientists.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced query optimization.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, especially Snowflake.
• Experience with Python and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Team player with a passion for collaboration.
• Advantageous experience with data architecture and governance.

Requirements

• BSc in industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in designing and maintaining complex data pipelines.
• Experience with monitoring procedures and data quality tools.
• Deep expertise in cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with DBT, Databricks, Azure data factory, Matillion is a plus.
