Overview

We’re looking for a passionate Performance Marketer (Facebook Ads) to join our fast-growing, fully remote D2C pet brand.

In Short

• Manage, scale, and optimize Meta campaigns across multiple markets.
• Create, test, and iterate ad creatives and copy based on data insights.
• Collaborate with the CRO Manager and Creative Manager.
• Analyze key metrics and take data-driven actions.
• Share insights and results during daily performance check-ins.
• Partner with the Paid Marketing Manager to plan budgets.
• Stay ahead of Meta algorithm updates and creative trends.
• Take full ownership of your markets from setup to optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads budgets of €100K+ per month.
• Solid grasp of direct response marketing principles.
• Strong creative mindset and understanding of performance marketing.
• Analytical and data-driven approach with accountability for results.
• Proven ability to optimize and report on campaign performance.
• Skilled in using AI tools for creative iteration and efficiency.
• Comfortable joining daily Slack huddles with the team.
• Excellent command of English and availability within CEST hours.

• Provide at least two client references.
