heyParents stands for empowerment and family-friendliness. Our micro-coaching SaaS supports leaders and parents during pregnancy, parental leave, and reintegration, fostering valuable connections between companies and parents during a crucial life phase.

In Short

• Contribute to the development of a SaaS product focused on family-friendliness.
• Role in automating and optimizing data processes.
• Support in creating dashboards and analyses to provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• Studying in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science).
• Strong analytical skills and systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Initial experience in programming/visualization (e.g., Python, PostgreSQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Ideally, some experience with process automation.
• Fluent in German, with strong communication skills.
