Overview

As a Digital Adoption Platform Lead at Updater, you will be responsible for transforming customer experiences through innovative digital solutions, focusing on enhancing digital customer journeys and driving adoption of the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP).

• Lead the design and execution of digital customer journeys.
• Manage and improve the Digital Adoption Platform.
• Map and optimize digital experiences for post-sales journeys.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to validate digital journeys.
• Drive customer success by resolving engagement issues.
• Create playbooks and content for customer journey support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Analyze data to improve digital customer journeys.
• Report on the impact of digital solutions against KPIs.

Requirements

• Proficient in digital adoption technologies (e.g. Gainsight PX, Pendo).
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JQuery is a plus.
• Strong background in customer journey mapping and data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Deep understanding of human-centered design principles.
