We are seeking an enthusiastic, resourceful, hardworking Field Visual Merchandising Coach to join us on our exciting journey to improve our instore retail experience. Mountain Warehouse has been growing consistently over the years with 400 stores globally. This is an exciting time to join our business during its growth period.

In Short

• Supporting the successful delivery of visual merchandising excellence across the UK/ROI region.
• Lead visual merchandising projects for new store openings and refits.
• Attend and support the roll out of seasonal moves.
• Build strong partnerships with store teams for visual instructions.
• Identify and coach local visual merchandising talent.
• Create training tools to improve visual merchandising knowledge.
• Work closely with the HO VM Coordination team.
• Share knowledge within the UK team and internationally.
• Work cross-functionally with various departments.

Requirements

• Confident leader able to coach and inspire teams.
• Strong stylist with understanding of stock and store space.
• Ability to reset store layouts confidently.
• Strong commercial understanding of driving sales.
• Ability to interpret and reflect brand messages in store presentation.
• High standards with attention to detail.
• Impeccable organizational and time management skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Photoshop.
• Full clean driving license with extensive travel required.
