Overview

The Visual Creator will own both video editing and graphic design deliverables across our client’s paid ads, brand campaigns, and digital content.

In Short

• Creating short-form video ads based on campaign briefs.
• Design visually compelling static ads and graphics for digital platforms.
• Edit short-form video advertisements for performance marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on creative objectives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creatives.
• Stay informed of emerging creative trends and tools.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
• Produce 90 creative deliverables per month.
• Focus on a 60% video editing and 40% graphic design workload.
• Utilize various design and video editing tools.

Requirements

• Experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with After Effects and Figma.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work weekends during peak seasons.
• Experience with social media advertising formats.
• Knowledge of competitor research and trend analysis.
• Flexibility to adapt workload based on campaign needs.
