Senior Security Engineer - Cloud - Remote

Overview

The Senior Security Engineer will be responsible for fortifying the cloud infrastructure at MoonPay through rigorous security reviews, threat modeling, and automated controls while collaborating with various teams to ensure cloud security best practices are integrated throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Cloud Security, particularly in GCP.
• Strong understanding of Threat Modelling principles.
• Hands-on experience with cloud security tools like DataDog and Terraform.
• Proven experience with cloud security controls and configurations.
• Experience with IAM and JIT access solutions.
• Ability to manage incident response programs for cloud environments.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Go).
• Excellent documentation and knowledge sharing skills.
• Background in disruptive technology environments, ideally in FinTech or Crypto.
• Relevant security certifications are a plus.
