In Short

• You will support our project managers in daily operations and take on early responsibility for clearly defined areas of our digital projects.
• You will assist in planning and coordinating digital projects, helping to create timelines, roadmaps, and simple backlogs.
• You will prepare meetings, document results, and ensure that all participants are on the same page.
• You will communicate with internal teams and help translate information between clients, developers, and designers.
• You will assist in creating reports and keep track of progress, deadlines, and open points with the team.
• You will identify uncertainties or bottlenecks early and actively bring them to the team's attention.
• You will contribute to quality assurance to ensure projects are implemented correctly and on time.

Requirements

• You are studying in the field of business, media, computer science, or a comparable course of study and ideally have some practical experience in digital projects.
• You have a solid understanding of digital products, processes, and technologies and are interested in further developing this in project work.
• You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner, can set priorities, and keep track of multiple tasks.
• You communicate clearly and professionally, approach others openly, and can navigate both client situations and team interactions confidently.
• You ideally have initial experience with project management methods or tools such as Jira or Confluence and are willing to develop quickly in this area.
• You have very good German skills (at least C1) and can communicate well in English.
• You enjoy collaboration, direct communication, and a clear, solution-oriented work style.
