Overview

The IRIS Consultant position at TMG involves partnering with individuals enrolled in the Wisconsin IRIS Program to help them navigate long-term care options and achieve their personal goals.

In Short

  • Remote position with home-based office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in social services.
  • Knowledge of Long-Term Care programs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
  • Resourceful with knowledge of community resources.
  • Proficient in technology including Outlook, Excel, and online databases.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
