Overview

The National Benefit Advisor role is a telesales position focused on educating prospective members about Molina products and assisting them in enrollment over the phone.

In Short

  • Start Date: 7/28/2025
  • Bilingual Preferred: Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, French, Spanish
  • Active Life and Health Insurance License required
  • Responsible for inbound and outbound calls to prospective members
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and government health programs
  • Experience in telesales and working with senior citizens
  • Conducts needs analysis and cost-benefit analysis
  • Meets or exceeds individual sales goals
  • Sets up in-person meetings for prospective members

Requirements

  • HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Active Life and Health Insurance License
  • Preferred: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Preferred: 3-5 years of experience
