Tour Manager - Remote

Overview

MRA is seeking a dynamic, professional, and organized Tour Manager to lead a high-profile mobile risk prevention experience. In this role, you will be the face of the brand, facilitating immersive educational visits onboard our client’s state-of-the-art risk prevention trailer.

In Short

• Lead Experiences: Conduct both facilitated group visits and "open house" style events onboard the trailer.
• Dynamic Messaging: Leverage insights from the Tour Coordinator to adjust messaging based on specific visit goals and audience demographics.
• Client Engagement: Effectively engage local client staff during delivery; use professional judgment to defer specific technical discussions to client team members when appropriate.
• On-Site Coordination: Travel to event locations in advance to conduct walkthroughs and prepare local client staff for their roles.
• Pre-Event Planning: Contact local client hosts via virtual meetings to plan agendas, identify roles, and share preparatory training resources.
• Collaboration: Partner with local client teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Feedback Loop: Follow up with local hosts post-event to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Technical Upkeep: Learn the basic functions and adjustments for the flood demonstration table to ensure the exhibit remains in top working order.
• Inventory & Reporting: Provide regular updates to the client brand experience team regarding exhibit condition, giveaway inventory, and printed materials.
• Administrative: All other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the tour.

Requirements

• Previous experience in tour management, brand ambassadorship, or corporate facilitation preferred.
• Exceptional public speaking skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the US and Canada.
• High degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to manage client relationships in the field.
• Comfort learning to operate and perform basic maintenance on physical exhibits (e.g., the flood demonstration table).
