Junior or Mid-Level DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

Mob Entertainment is seeking a Junior or Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join our growing Developer Operations team. This role will directly support the infrastructure, tooling, and workflows that power development across all of Mob’s games - including our flagship Poppy Playtime franchise and upcoming original titles.

In Short

• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple projects.
• Assist with managing Perforce source control.
• Monitor and improve build stability and workflows.
• Work with the Lead DevOps Engineer to implement systems and automation.
• Deliver builds to QA and production teams efficiently.
• Participate in release planning and patch integration.
• Ensure uptime and reduce risks in tools and infrastructure.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and improve tooling.
• Support cybersecurity readiness and incident response.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in a DevOps or Build Engineering role.
• Knowledge of CI/CD systems and build automation scripting.
• Experience with Unreal Engine.
• Experience with Perforce or other VCS tools.
• Familiarity with build pipelines and packaging systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
